The Wircon Group announces the transition plan to provide a greater focus of their activities in the European, US and Australian market. Thus, the entire team which currently forms the UK arm of the group, Wirsol Energy Ltd will be transitioning over to a new entity Boom Power Ltd founded by Mark Hogan, a former shareholder of Wirsol Energy UK and Australia. Boom Power will continue to support primarily the UK market and over coming years expand into the global marketplace to achieve their climate change goals, by providing renewable energy solutions.

“I am incredibly proud of our accomplishments and deeply appreciative of the opportunity to have served as Managing Director for Wirsol Energy UK over the past six years alongside Australia since our entry four years ago” said Mark Hogan. “As we, the team, move forward separately onto our next venture at Boom Power we will continue to support Wircon as required for a smooth transition, namely, by supporting the Cleve Hill development, in what will be the UK’s largest solar farm. I am hugely optimistic about the future and collectively our main goal remains the same, to strive towards a carbon neutral future. I wish Wircon all the best for their future endeavours.”
