• Some Boom Power vehicles are equipped with dash cams. The dash cams will capture recordings of other road users and is used when investigating health and safety incidents and to protect our employees and property.

The usage data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. The source of the usage data is our analytics tracking system. This usage data may be processed for the purposes of analysing the use of the website and services.

Data Subjects have the right to access their personal data and supplementary information. The right of access allows individuals to be aware of and verify the lawfulness of the processing.
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive or requires copies of previously provided information. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
In the event of manifestly unfair or excessive requests we may refuse to respond to the request and any such refusal will be notified to the requester (Data Subject) with a reason for the refusal and, in addition, information as to the Data Subject’s rights to complain to the ICO or judicial authority within one month of such a request being received.

• We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). • We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
